Anzac biscuits

Now although I'm not from Australia or New Zealand I did live in Sydney for a while and my fella is from New Zealand so I feel like I can justify an ANZAC post.

If you don't know, ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps and on the 25th April Aussies and New Zealanders commemorate the first major military action they fought in the 1st World War.

Or if you're like me you commemorate by baking ANZAC biscuits..!

Quick and Easy Autumnal Soup

I don't know anyone that doesn't love a big bowl of soup. The ultimate comfort food for anytime of the year. OXO very kindly sent some of their new stock pots over for me to try and I whipped up some of the most delicious and unbeliveably easy soup I could.

Easy Chicken Teriyaki Sushi

I'm a big sushi fan. However I'm really not a fan of raw fish so I always go for the meat and vegetable dishes. One of my favourites has to be chicken and avocado. As you may be aware it's one of my favourite combinations for everything and sushi is no exception.

The one thing that gets me about sushi though is that it's just so expensive, or I should say, it gets so expensive as it's so hard to stop grabbing things of that conveyer!
