Halloween Creepy Crawly Cocktails

I can't say I'm the biggest fan of Halloween, it was never something we did in my house growing up and I have only been trick or treating once. I do remember my trick or treating experience very clearly though as one of the houses we knocked on had run out of sweets and apologetically offered us warm apple strudel instead. Obviously warm apple strudel is a brilliant offering on a cold miserable night and it was the kind couple at number 34 who inspired this Halloween apple cider cocktail!

Breakfast Muffins

Breakfast, you've probably heard me saying before, is my favourite meal of the day. That being said my job sometimes has me up and out before 6am and I often just can't face it at that time of the morning. This is where breakfast muffins step in.

Matcha on the Terrace with teapigs

Matcha is having a bit of a moment right now. Matcha lattes are popping up in cafes all over the place and that bright green powder is being introduced to more and more menu items.

I have to admit I've never been convinced by the idea of matcha, that was until Harvey Nichols invited me up to their 5th floor terrace to try out some of their matcha creations and I was pretty quickly sold on the idea of putting it in just about everything!

Warming Indian Stew

As the nights are drawing in earlier and earlier I find myself wanting easy, comforting but still delicious dinners. It's also always nice when they don't cost a fortune!

This is how my Warming Indian Stew was born...

Copenhagen: Where to eat

I must admit, the first thing I do when researching where to travel is check what the food scene is like. I have been known to book a holiday based solely on the food I would find when I got there..!

There are so many delicious places to eat in Copenhagen but I reckon these are my favourites...
